Wow, I still feel like I am so extremely behind in blogging. It really seems like Ethans birthday party was forever ago. Crazy Crazy how busy things have been lately. Time has flown by. This year, Ethan wanted a Power Ranger party. I wasnt sure what to think about this because we had just barely done a Ninja party for Eli, but we went with it. It actually turned out being so much fun.
His cake. Made with love from me.
Cute little birthday boy and his cake.
So happy.
A decoration table, with the goody bags and props that they received.
Our cool power ranger swords in cool power ranger colors.
Our homemade power ranger belts.
Goody table a little closer.
This is how we started the party. We started at a table coloring our power ranger super samurai masks.
Then we played ring the Nylock.
A picture of the crew coloring.
Then we played a friendly game of Ranger Ranger Nylock. Very similar to the ever popular Duck Duck Goose.
We had our picnic lunch in a little pup tent that Dad had set up. Give us a little shade for a bit. Peanut Butter and Jelly, cheetos and squeezits. Lunch of champions.
Birthday boy living it up with a blue squeezit
Ethan S. one of Ethans bestest buddies
Jamison, our cute little next door neighbor
Cameron, another cute little friend.
Tommy, our funny little cousin.
Jason, a really awesome friend of the family.
Playing a little Ranger, Ranger Freeze. Dancing to some fun Power Ranger music and then freezing when it stops. If you move, your out. It was really fun just watching the kids dance around and be super silly in the Ranger Get-up.
More pictures of the kids playing the games.
And what is a party without a rockin pinata. This was definitely a hit. I had an old Angry Bird Pinata that I had made a while back and I just turned it into a Red Power Ranger. It worked out beautifully.
Present Time.
The whole crew.
Blowing out the Candles. The breeze actually wouldn't stop enough that we cold keep it lite outside so he just pretended to blew for the kids and when we went in the house to cut the cake. We let him blow out the candles in the house.
