Eli loves the Snow..... LOVES IT

Last year Eli didn't really care so much for the snow, but his year, I had to MAKE him come in the house after about 30 minutes out there because his cheeks were flamming red and his face was so cold. But he sure didn't seem to mind. And honestly once I started taking off his snow clothes, I found out that he was really warm. His hands and his head and his feet were so warm. I should have just let him keep playing. He was way warmer then I thought he was. He was crazy. For some reason he would just dive down into the snow and play.

Never leave a two year old alone....

Never leave a two year old alone with Chocolate pudding.... Need I say more. Just thought I would share a few pictures of the latest adventure that we have had with Eli. It was such a mess, but he was having so much fun and he looked so cute. I seriously turned my back to wash just a few dishes and this is what I turned back around to.

Yeah, I know, I know, why is he in the sink? The thing is, I was trying to finish up some dishes and honestly, he loved just chilling in the sink why I finished washing the dishes. I'm not really sure why I decided to through him in the sink. Convenience, I guess. He loved it.

I love temple square

We had the opportunity last Saturday to go to Temple Square with some of our really good friends. I just love everything about it. I love the feeling, and the lights, and just the spirit that you can feel when you are there.

So this is my little homeless sister. Lara got all bundled up to go out to see the lights. All I could see her as was a cute little homeless gal. Just the way she looks in this picture. But I bet that she stayed really warm.

John looking cute as ever.

I just love their faces in this picture. They are both making the same face. I really just think that both of their teeth were chattering and that is why they look like this. It was soosososososososoo cold the night we went.

You can barely see Lara, but she really is there.

My handsome boy.

Just Eli, being Eli.

ATEC'S semi formal dance

At Lara's school they just recently had their Semi- Formal Christmas dance. I just wanted to share a few pictures of how cute Lara looked for the dance. She seemed to have a lot of fun. I am glad that she was able to go.

What was I thinking?

So I really thought that this year would be better with seeing Santa. What was I thinking? I almost think he hated Santa worse this year then last. He was so excited to go see him this year. We have been talking about him, and watching a few shows that have him in it and he was so excited. But once it came right down to it, he didn't like that idea so much. As you can plainly see, Liam and Caitlyn didn't care for Santa anymore then Eli did.

A little of our Thanksgiving

I am very much surprised with myself. This year at Thanksgiving I took so very few pictures. This is just not like me. So here are just a few of the ones that I got to share. This year we went to Delta for Thanksgiving and there were so many people. I love it when when all of my family gets together. We always have so much fun.

Eli just looks way to grown up in this picture

Eli and his cousin Jacob playing football. Eli loves hanging out with the big boys and he tries so hard to fit in.

Here he is with Cousin Mitch... once again, just playing football with the boys

One of Eli's favorite things to do... get dirty and play trucks in the sand.

This picture kills me. Eli was just loving his chips. Tommy looks kind of tired in this picture. Arn't they cute though?

Eli and Liam playing the basketball game. This became his new favorite game in Delta for some reason. He played it over and over again, with anyone who was willing to play.

This is not a posed picture.....

So this is how we found two of the puppies the other day. All on their own this is the position that they were laying in. I just had to share this picture because they were so funny looking. They really are about the cutest puppies in the world.

We are Beyond Happy for you John.....Love you guys!

Not really sure what to say here. This is my best friend John. I have known him for a very long time. Since the day I remember meeting him he told me he was adopted. Last week he and his Birth Mother, Paige Beach, made contact. John and I talked about this SOOO much. we talked about going to Oregon to find her, he knew what state she was in. It was so exciting to finally meet her, and you could tell that John was truly happy, he was almost euphoric! John, I love you man!!! Paige, have deleted the last few things i wanted to say, I honestly don't have words for it, except, Thank You!

This is Stephanie Jarvis! John's sister. I called her "hippo stomp" her entire life growing up!!!

Jungle Gym.....Cheap Fun!

There is this place in Midvale area called the Jungle Gym, and Eli loved it. We were just bored one day, and Matt had looked into this place before. It seemed very responsibly priced, it is just that Eli has never been old enough to really enjoy it yet. But he was now. He was the perfect age to enjoy this place. Basically it is a little kid heaven. Rides, Games, Good food... How could you go wrong?

Eli driving the Jeep through the forest.

Eli flying his space ship. Once he figured out how to make it go up and down, he thought the dang ride was just that much cooler. Sorry all the pictures are just a little bit fuzzy. The rides were going kind of fast, so the pictures are action shots.

Dad teaching Eli how to hunt down the dinosaurs.
