Lara's Birthday

Random Cuteness Overload. And I apologize now for how long this post is but we had so much fun this particular Sunday evening celebrating Lara's 23rd Birthday. We had dinner, played games and had Lara's interesting choice of cake (doughnuts, with ice cream in the middle, covered in chocolate). It was surprisingly really good.

Cute Miss D enjoying the festivities.

Miss S preparing for her and Miss J's dance performance. These two little girls had so much fun coming up with this performance for Lara, and they were so cute to include Eli in their production.

Eli in his costume for the performance dance that he did with Miss S and Miss J.

Ethan in his random cuteness. I really just can't get enough of his cuteness. The cheeks, the Hair, the cuteness..... Oh he just such a stud.

Eli, Miss J, and Miss S, performing there dance and song performance for Lara.

Can I just say... this girl has got MOVES!!!!

The full group shot. I just happen to snap the picture at the right time to catch Miss S in all her glory.

Random Cuteness.

Lara blowing out her candles on her cake.... although this was just the back up cake, You will see what she really wanted as her cake here soon enough.

Some of Lara's Nieces and Nephews celebrating her big day with her. She sure is one lucky gal to have all this love and support behind her.

This is what Lara really chose to have as her cake. Sugar doughnut, Ice cream middle, and chocolate on the top. She was in seventh heaven. She sure is a cutie.

So these pictures just really make me laugh and smile a little on the inside. This is mostly for Lacey, my niece. When we were little Lacey and I use to make up little plays and skits for our younger siblings and nieces and nephews all the time. It is really fun to see that we were not just crazy but that it really does come with the age. And it is really fun to now see my nieces and nephews including my children in there skits and songs and mini plays that they make up.

This group also did a little performance/chant for Lara. It was like and army call that was singing her Happy Birthday. It was mighty cute.

Lara showing off some of her super cute presents. She had a really good party and got some really fun things.

So our adventures got even better about half way through the party. The parents called from their mission in Navuoo. Julie suggested that we skype with them and let them watch Lara open her presents. Lara got a wee bit emotional when it came to seeing her parents but I think it was really good that they were included in on her birthday party. It was really good for her to see them and as your can see the other kids were very excited to see them as well.

I just think this picture is very cute and heartfelt because as you can see Lara is showing her present that her parents sent her from the mission to them on the computer screen. I just think it is pretty amazing that people who are all the way on the other side of the states can be included and be right there included in things. It is amazing what modern day technology can do.

Another cute present.

These two were just in there own little world most of the time. They were just playing so well with each other. It was hard to really catch a picture of how cute they were being with each other. But I did try a few times.

Again with the cuteness. They were so content talking to each other and they were having a full conversation with each other. And look at that smile. Miss D must have said something very funny to get that big of a smile from him.

Ah, Disney dancers...and so much more. I remember our plays. I remember the boys hating us for making them do it. Good times :)
