Definitely a new favorite for the kids. Eli loves this place. The other day we were tending Caytlin and Liam and we decided to go up to the Highland Splash Pond. It is behind the Highland Library and it is so perfect for there age, and the best part of all of it..... IT'S FREE. It is only about 6 inches deep so I don't really have to worry about them much. And the rocks are really fun to climb on for the little kids.
