Rub-a-dub

A few weekends ago we went to Delta to celebrate Grandma Caren's 60th birthday party. Well the plan was to play all day, which we did, then have a nice dinner around 4, which we did, then everybody was set to go swimming. Mind you, we had called earlier today to make sure that it was open and that we were all good to go with this. Weren't we surprised when we head down there, after getting everybody dressed and ready to go swimming, the pool is still closed for a water polo meet. We were not so excited about this, so since the children were already very much ready to go swimming, we had to go to the back up plan. This is grandma and grandpa's big tub. It was definitely no swimming pool, but the kids seemed to enjoy it equally as much. This is Tommy, Josh and Aubrees little boy, and Caitlyn and Liam, Jill and Craigs children, and then Eli. They had so much fun playing together. It is so weird to see another generation of children in this tub. My child makes it even weirder. I remember when it was my nieces and nephew that are now all in there teen age years swimming in the tub together. Wow, how time fly's.
