California Vacation Day 3

Remember I did say in a earlier post that all the Disneyland pictures actually got posted in reverse order. So this is actually what happened at the end of the day. But I will explain each of them anyway.

So later at night, after both of the boys had fallen asleep in the stroller, about ten I think. We went to California Adventure and they had turned the street into a night club essentially. It was awesome. They had dancers all over that had suits on that looked like the ones they were in Tron, they also had Flynn's arcade up and running. It was awesome. They had Tron disks that they were essentially playing Frisbee with. I really wish that Eli had been awake from this because he is absolutely in love with this show. But by this time, and after such a long day, he was pretty much out. Even the loud music of the night club did not even phase either of my children. They were out.

This is how beautiful the Pier looked at night. We watched the World of Color, Disneyland's new water show and it was soooo cool. These are just some pictures that I took of the Pier why we were waiting for the show to start.

Even at 9 o'clock at night, this kid was still happy and bubbly and as smiley as ever. I don't know how I got so lucky to have to of the most amazing boys in the world. They were so good and just unbelievable how well this trip went and how much fun we had the WHOLE time. RAIN AND ALL.

We got dinner and by this time Eli was both hungry and ready to sit and take a little rest. So we got him some Chinese food and he was set. He was in seventh heaven. He just sat here for about a half hour and thoroughly enjoyed his food.

After this trip, I have officially decided that Eli is NEVER getting his driver's license. (Future videos to come to show exactly why) but he is sooooo not a very good driver. He thought it was so funny to just let go of the wheel, or to spin it really fast to one side. Either way, Eli loved all the rides that involved letting him drive.

This was Toy Story Mania. he loved this one, so did I. It was very cool the way that they had made it, but because it was a new attraction, the line was tremendously long and we were not that patient, at least not patient enough to do it more then once.

Eli loves Lightning McQueen, but even him, he was not super keen on getting to close to. I don't know exactly why things like this scare him so much, but even towards the end of the trip, he really had not warmed up to them much at all, but still a great trip.

Ethan absolutely hatting Handy Manny. He did not want anything to do with him.

Eli trying so hard to put on a smile, but ooooo if you could only get a sense of that death grip he had on his daddy's hands. He agreed to take a picture with him, but he still didn't want to touch him or get to close to him.

This has always been one of my favorite statues in Disneyland, even when I was a kid. Not sure why, I have just always thought it was funny. Maybe because I love the Muppets, I have always loved it. So of course I had to get a picture of my Three favorite people next to it.

This show right here, definitely a high light of the trip. Both the boys loved it sooo much. I will post videos soon, (they just take soooo long to upload). But they put on this really cool puppet show with four of Eli's favorite shows being the stars. It was great.
