I love free entertainment. They have this thing called Pony Express days out to Eagle Mountain and all week long there are free concerts, games, prizes, entertainment... the whole works. It is great fun. The other night we went to the amphitheater out there to watch a comedian named Jason Hewlett from Las Vegas. He was okay. Not one that I think I would pay to go see, but for a free concert, it was good. This is Eli at the concert, he was loving the music and having so much fun being outside.
We also went to a pancake breakfast that was associated with Pony Express days as well. Senator Bennett was there and here is a picture of him and Matt. I never realized how tall he was until I saw him up close and personal.
There was a camouflage hummer army truck there and Eli kept saying truck over and over again so we went over and sat him in it. This is what he did. It looked so funny, but he thought it was cool as ever.
