I was so not ready for this day to ever come, but fortunately Eli very much was. We went a few nights before and was able to meet his teacher Mrs. Shaw and see his classroom and find his desk. He was very excited to go to school and get to be such a big kid. He was definitely ready. We enrolled him in the Odyssey Charter School. It has been an amazing thing for him and I already feel like he has learned so much.
This was his first day of school pictures. They have a uniform for school so he only has so many choices. But he looked so handsome and grownup. His brother was a little bit sad to see him go, but then he realized that he had some good one on one time with mom and that made it a little better.
